1. Individual Experiences Vary
From time to time, Close Like Bruno, Bruno Nwogu and Effortless Closing may share testimonials, student experiences, case studies, screenshots, interviews, messages or other examples of results.
These materials describe the experience of the individual involved.
They should not be interpreted as a guarantee, promise or representation that every person who uses our training will achieve the same or similar result.
2. No Guaranteed Result
We do not guarantee that participating in a Close Like Bruno masterclass, course, training program, community or other service will produce any particular result.
This includes, without limitation, any guarantee of:
- Employment.
- A remote sales role.
- A high-ticket closing position.
- A client or contract.
- A particular income level.
- A particular commission amount.
- A specific number of sales.
- A specific closing percentage.
- A particular timeline for achieving results.
3. Testimonials Reflect Specific Circumstances
Each testimonial or case study reflects the circumstances of the person involved at a particular point in time.
Their results may have been influenced by factors including:
- Previous experience.
- Communication ability.
- Sales skill.
- Training and practice.
- Consistency.
- Time available.
- The company or client they worked with.
- The quality of the offer being sold.
- Lead quality and lead volume.
- The sales environment.
- The compensation structure.
- Market conditions.
- Timing and opportunity.
Another participant may experience a different result even if they complete the same training.
4. Results Are Not Necessarily Typical
When a testimonial describes a particularly positive outcome, that result should not automatically be treated as the typical experience of every customer or student.
Some participants may achieve stronger results than others.
Some may take longer to develop the skill, some may achieve modest results, and some may not achieve a financial result at all.
5. Screenshots and Messages
We may display screenshots of messages, payment notifications, commission reports, dashboards, conversations, emails, social media posts or other materials where we have permission to do so.
These materials may be used to illustrate the experience of a specific person and should be interpreted in context.
A screenshot showing income, commissions, a job offer, a sale or another outcome does not mean that all participants will receive the same result.
6. Earnings and Commission Testimonials
Some testimonials may mention money earned, commissions received, sales generated or the value of deals closed.
These figures should not be interpreted as a promise that you will achieve the same amount.
Commission-based income varies depending on many factors, including sales performance, lead volume, the offer being sold and the company's compensation structure.
Please also review our separate Earnings Disclaimer for more information.
7. Deal Value Is Not the Same as Personal Earnings
Where a testimonial refers to the value of a deal closed or the total revenue generated for a company, that number is not necessarily the amount earned personally by the closer.
Closers may receive only a percentage of a sale as commission.
Commission rates and payment arrangements vary from company to company.
8. Job and Placement Testimonials
We may share examples of individuals who obtained remote sales roles, interviews, contracts or other opportunities after participating in training.
These examples do not mean that every participant will secure a role or opportunity.
Hiring decisions remain subject to the requirements and decisions of the relevant employer, company or client.
9. Timeframes May Differ
A testimonial may describe a result achieved within a particular number of days, weeks or months.
That timeframe reflects the experience of the individual involved and should not be treated as a guaranteed timeline.
Some people may progress faster, while others may require considerably more time.
10. Bruno's Experience
We may also refer to Bruno Nwogu's personal experience in remote high-ticket closing, including his career progression, commissions, deals closed, sales volume or other results.
Those examples describe Bruno's own experience and are not intended to represent the guaranteed experience of another person.
His results were influenced by his individual circumstances, skill, experience, effort and opportunities.
11. Testimonials May Be Edited for Clarity
Where appropriate, testimonials may be edited for spelling, grammar, length, formatting or clarity.
We do not intend to materially change the meaning of a testimonial through editing.
In some cases, portions of a longer message may be displayed rather than the entire communication.
12. Names, Images and Privacy
Some testimonials may identify the individual by name, photograph, video or social media profile where permission has been provided.
In other situations, names or identifying details may be abbreviated, obscured or omitted to protect privacy.
13. Incentivized Testimonials
If we materially compensate or provide another meaningful incentive specifically in exchange for a testimonial or endorsement, we will aim to disclose that relationship where required.
A discount, referral arrangement, affiliate relationship or other material connection may also be disclosed where relevant and required.
14. Verification of Testimonials
We aim to use testimonials and examples that we reasonably believe reflect genuine experiences.
Where practical, we may review supporting information or communicate with the individual before publishing a testimonial.
However, information supplied by a third party may ultimately depend on the accuracy of that person's representations.
15. Results Can Change Over Time
A testimonial represents a person's experience at the time it was given.
Income, employment, sales performance, business conditions and personal circumstances can later change.
Publication of a testimonial does not mean that the person's result continued indefinitely.
16. Your Results Depend on Your Actions
Training can provide knowledge, frameworks, examples and guidance, but the training itself does not create a result automatically.
Developing a new skill may require study, practice, role-play, feedback, interviews, applications and consistent implementation.
You remain responsible for how you use the training and for the decisions you make based on it.
17. Marketing Use of Testimonials
Testimonials may appear on our websites, sales pages, advertisements, emails, social media accounts, webinars, presentations or other marketing materials.
Their use in marketing does not convert an individual result into a guaranteed outcome for all customers.
18. No Substitute for Your Own Evaluation
You should evaluate our products, training and services based on your own goals, circumstances and judgment rather than relying solely on another person's testimonial.
If you are considering a paid program, review the offer details, terms, refund policy and other relevant information before making a purchase.
19. Relationship to Our Earnings Disclaimer
This Results & Testimonial Disclaimer should be read together with our Earnings Disclaimer.
Where a testimonial includes earnings, commissions, income, sales or financial results, the provisions of our Earnings Disclaimer also apply.
20. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this Results & Testimonial Disclaimer to reflect changes in our content, services, marketing practices or applicable requirements.
The most recent version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
